MAIN DISHES
Baked Ziti with Marinara or Meat Sauce
Stuffed Shells : Jumbo shells stuffed with our mixture of Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, steamed broccoli or Italian sausage topped with Mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce.
Baked Stuffed Portobellos: With roasted vegetables and provolone or goat cheese. A hearty vegetarian option.
Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo: Classic Alfredo Sauce over steamed broccoli and tender chunks of seasoned sautéed chicken usually served over penne pasta.

Beef Stroganoff: Tender beef steak sliced and sautéed with mushrooms and onions and finished with a sour cream sauce.
Enchilada Pie: features layers of tortillas, a meat or vegetable filling (often ground beef, chicken, or beans), enchilada sauce, and cheese. The dish is baked until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Baked Chicken: Made with a mediterranean pesto herb seasoning.
Roast Beef, Turkey, or Ham: Succulent and tender, we choose the finest meats and slow roast them.
Southern Smothered Chicken: A Southern comfort food classic, featuring pan-fried chicken that's cooked in a rich, savory gravy until tender.
Creo-lizean Oxtails: A Rubens on Scott St. specialty. The oxtail dish is a mix of belizean and creole cuisines. Tasty and authentic, a stewed oxtail with an amazing flavor, cooked in a gravy and vegetables.
Gumbo: A flavorful, hearty stew or thick soup that originated in Louisiana. Gumbo is made with a base of meat or seafood, vegetables of onions, bell peppers, and celery, and a thickening agent roux. It's traditionally served over rice.
